Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns within 14 Days

We offer the option to return items within 14 days, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To withdraw from the purchase contract, the Buyer may use the online form provided by the Seller on the Withdrawal from the Contract page. After the required details have been completed, the withdrawal from the purchase contract will be sent via the online interface. The Seller shall promptly confirm receipt of the form to the Buyer.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants),

custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),

personal care goods (such as beauty or cosmetic products).

We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept sale items or gift card purchases for returns.

4. Exchanges

To ensure that you get the item you want as quickly as possible, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. 14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Your item must still be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
